Very friendly and accommodating staff. I went in looking for a box of uncirculated pennies (I know, weird request), but they treated me with the same respect they would give a "high-roller" who walked thru the door.
I never thought I would bank here. I went into the bank to inquire about a home mortgage. I ended up talking with Megan N out of the state st. location. We ended up opening a bank account with UMCU, and I couldn't be happier. Megan N was amazing. She was so helpful, happy, really seemed to care, and new her stuff. She was beyond the best person I have meet with any bank. Just that one time experience in the bank with her has forever changed how I felt about banking. I look forward to going back to UMCU and meeting with her again! Thank you Megan N!
Best banking experience I have ever had, refer them to everyone. People here and at other locations are always very welcoming, polite, and are cheerful, as well as all there other locations. I left TCF Bank to go to them, because TCF was stealing from me, and so happy I did. Credit Union really do treat you better and don't try to rip you off. There online services are great and easy to use, they don't care about nickel and diming you on small things, they appreciate your business.
The people here are really nice and extremely helpful. They have video games for waiting kids, and a coffee station with a Keurig for members to grab some coffee. I love that they moved the branch to this location because it's so close to me.
