I absolutely love going to this store specifically, if they were to do customer training with employees, this store would be the place to do it at, all employees at this location are very helpful, and they make you feel good, it's just a warm and comforting environment, very helpful and attentive, I am not from this area but always go to the pink events, and they still remembered me from the last one, now if that isn't good customer service, then I don't know what is, keep up the good work girls, you all are amazing.
I went shopping today and I was pleasantly surprised by the wonderful experience. Jen in the fitting rooms was AMAZING! She solved my fitting issue and pulled multiple bras that fit me perfectly. I tried other things that she hadn't pulled after I shopped around and they were awful. Jen knew what was right for me and what worked best. I will always trust her from now on! Everyone else was great as well, funny, efficient, etc.
Three times I was ignored in this store. I buy 10-12 VS bras plus extra items a year. I guess I am not good enough to even be acknowledged.
Yesterday I went in. I have lost a bit of weight and my bra cup is not fitting properly so I wanted to be fitted. I had intentions of buying at least 1 if not 2 bras immediately. The girl up front radioed to the fitting room that I was on my way back there. Not only was I ignored, but they took other customers in front of me!!
Always have an amazing experience when I go to the Briarwood Victoria's Secret! When you first walk in, there is always someone on the spot ready to assist you and help you find what your looking for or the best fit for you! Very energetic and welcoming place to be!
I hope other VS stores do not treat me this way. I will drive wherever just so I do not have to go to this store again.
The staff at the Briarwood location is always so helpful. I frequently visit this location and every time I visit I'm provided with superior service. It was confirmed today on how great the staff is whether in the store or via phone. I called the store for help in finding an item that I wasn't seeing online, Paula was a HUGE help! She was so patient with me and cool to talk to. Thanks a ton Paula for finding the item that other VS locations didn't want to take the time to help me find! Briarwood VS really does have the best, most helpful staff! Thanks girls
