Just seeing a member of your company post racist remarks about the First Lady of the United States on Social Media is disgusting..
Spoke with a rep named Peter Klein via email. When I was finally able to call him directly, he hung up the phone. (I thought it was just an accidental disconnection). I called him right back, and Klein did not respond. He simply stayed on the line and refused to speak. I'm not sure what his issue was, but it was cowardly and disrespectful. Mortgage brokers are a dime a dozen. Stay away from this firm.
I started at a good time for Home Point, and it's only getting better. We're currently an up-and-coming mortgage business, and are really making a name for ourselves in the industry. Not only are the staff very nice, thoughtful, and pleasant to work with, but so are the executives and even the CEO. You're treated as a human being here. Nothing less.
Staff members post racist statuses. Definitely not a place minorities should feel comfortable going to.
If they hired the lady back id keep it at 5 stars. Freedom of speech is what this country is founded on. Her job is to look respectable on the clock not off it.
