From the initial call with Sonia, my consultation appointment with Pam and all of my treatments thereafter, LightRx has been extremely professional and a great experience overall. The laser treatments are definitely improving my skin and tightening my problem areas. I would definitely recommend the staff at this location and the treatments offered. 5 Stars on all fronts.
I love this place! I was very very impressed by my results with just one IPL treatment! I have struggled with having multiple dark spots all over my face and that has made me very insecure and unable to go without make up on. My first service was relaxed and professional. Stephanie the manager went over all of the finances and the procedure as well as the aftercare and was very personable with me. She answered all my questions and concerns. Kyra did my second IPL treatment as well as a Venus treatment to reduce the cellulite in my thighs. Both treatments she was very careful about making sure I was comfortable, which is important because depending on your sensitivity and pain tolerance they could be a little uncomfortable. The other great thing about this company is they are always doing promotions and events! I just can't get enough of this place and I can't wait for my next treatment!
These ladies are first class. They not only know what they are talking about they are caring and treat you as if you are their only client. The facility is so clean and inviting!
I began my treatments in November, being an out of state college student my technician Pam made sure to efficiently schedule my laser treatments according to my schedule. I have had an a,aging experience thus far and am very impressed with the cleanliness and professional attitude that everyone at light extra has. Pam always answers any and every question I have and ensures that each treatment is done properly in order to achieve the anticipated results.
Amazing experience and I love the results I’ve been seeing!!!! I started at LightRX in June, but I wanted to wait a couple months to leave a review to give some time to see results. From the minute I called the LightRX staff in Ann Arbor to book my consultation, I couldn’t have dealt with a more professional, friendly and helpful staff! Without having a lot of prior knowledge on laser products available, at my initial appointment, Leah, was so friendly, informative, and super helpful explaining what products would address my needs. She took the time to explain each product and addressed all my questions and concerns. Throughout the past 3 months I have interacted with all three staff members at this location and I’ve never left unsatisfied with the services I have received. I can really see a big difference and I am completely satisfied with my results so far! Highly recommend!!
