Fast service, friendly staff. One of the best government office experiences I've had.
The wait is not that bad if you look at the typical wait time chart they have posted and plan accordingly. Regardless the customer service people are friendly, courteous, and will do their best to help solve your problems. For me I was able to solve a problem in 2 visits that I had been unsuccessful in resolving after 10 previous phone calls to SS. By the way the wait time if you try to call SS is typically 2 to 3 hours and the you usually talk to someone who can't give you a straight answer on anything.
Usually get in and out within an hour. Everyone I have ever dealt with here was very helpful, informed and courteous. Monday mornings are usually busy. When you come in, you sign in on a computer and they call you up based on the help you need, so sometimes someone who comes in after you might go ahead of you to speak with staff. Don't forget to try their website.
Experience was fast, in and out in 15 mins. Super clean building, security officer was friendly and helpful. SS office employee was nice, fast and efficient. Definitely will come to this location again if needed.
Then i call the 800 number and they tell me i have to go back to the office cat and mouse smh ...... Dose Any One in that office know what thay are doing??????? NO NO NO And we pay them for nothing WOW
I have spent 25 hours in this office for them to not fix anything....
