A few weeks before we ordered online to go and we were expecting our names on our meals since they ask online who the meal is for. They did not do that and I ended up eating some of my husband’s meal that I was extremely allergic to. We were told we would be emailed a gift card, still have yet to receive it.
Would return again.
As far as Olive Gardens go, this is pretty standard.... but Joseph is the server that gives this place an extra star instead of the normal 3 stars that an "Italian" applebees would get. Great job, management! Joseph was fantastic and super polite.
We were at the Olive garden tonight with our the kids. We waited for an hour for a table. When we checked on our table, they're system had malfunctioned and they completely forgot about us. Their hostesses seemed oblivious to what was going on. They offered us a table after another 10+ minute wait. It was stressful and infuriating.
Pretty good olive garden, I've always had good service and good food here. Only giving 4 stars because it seems like ever time I go it's incredibly busy. I can't actually think of a time that I didn't wait to get a seat. Obviously that's not a fault of the staff, but if you're looking for something fast this may not be the best option.
My husband and I went on Sweetest Day. While our waitress was new, she looked at me dumbfounded when I asked her to explain the type of wine she brought me as a sample. She didn’t even tell me what type of white wine she brought me. We also had to constantly ask for refills on our breadsticks.
Was in town for a soccer tournament and decided to go here the Friday before the tournament. Had a short wait for a table, service was great, food was delicious.
