Very unhelpful, lazy, immoral and irresponsible. We found a loaded magazine in our rental car, called them immediately and were told to come to the station and when we did, they said they couldn't help us! Why? We had our seven month old baby with us...what if there was a loaded gun with the safety off in another part of the car? What if it had gone off and killed our baby or one of us? Why is this the proper protocol?
Still waiting 2 weeks later for a crash report to send to insurance. Nobody answers the number listed. Additionally, and unrelated, I've been targeted by some scumbag hood rat, repeatedly trying to break into my car after a successful car hop one day when it wasn't locked....he came and broke in while I was inside unloading groceries, so I know im being watched. It took 5 attempts to finally get the police to respond, and 3 or more weeks after pulling a print off the car, I have yet to hear a thing. Meanwhile, the guy is still trying, and there's not a damn thing I can do about it, since police aren't taking it seriously or being helpful in any way.
