I can communicate with a particular travel agent for all my travel via e-mail and phone. Do not have to deal with multiple people who don't know my travel preferences or current situation (where I am, what I need support with, etc.)

Conlin helped me out of a last-minute inconvenience - I ordered Canadian currency from my bank (PNC - avoid!) before my trip, but they lost it and couldn't replace it before I left the country. Conlin had it in stock and offered a better rate than any other published rate I found. Even with the $6 flat fee, it was much cheaper than buying at the tunnel, plus the convenience of having cash in hand on arrival is worth $6 to me. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
