Poor bike selection.
DO NOT SHOP HERE!
Rip off central. They told me that a repair would cost $30 and that didn't sound right to me so I went to another bike shop and the repair cost $3. They have to be delusional. On my way out a peaked at an old school schwin that they were selling. The price on the bike was $350, that bike is actually worth around $100. Please don't go there. I'm sure all the good reviews they wrote themselves.
Worst customer service.
I bought a used Nike for 160. It will do for now. I have no complaints.

For the romantically- inclined, I recommend renting their tandem bike & strolling thru the Diag & UofM campus. Be sure to stop for some ice cream at Ben & Jerry's on State St. Share a double-scoop of Coffe BuzzBuzzBuzz! Romance is NOT dead in Ann Arbor !
They do not do returns on any item even unused parts.
Bring your money and bike needs to another bike store.
