I liked the first guy that I talked to about fixing my bike. Dropped the bike off. Then I called to get the status and that employee had no people skills.
This is the best bike shop I've been to. The staff is friendly and helpful (and may cheer for you at local events), the prices are great, you won't be talked into unnecessary repairs, and the merchandise is all high quality. I had to move away from Ann Arbor, and this bike shop is one of the things I'm missing most.
Best bike shop in town. They are reasonable, timely and do quality work. I've had new tires put on which made the bike ride so much better, all sorts of adjustments, and have bought several lights at their store. Give them a try, I'm sure you will be a long-time customer.
