Right upon my arrival at the paying booth, I heard two ladies using profanity loudly and to my surprise they both were employees. For Ann Arbor location, you'd expect more professional staff in my opinion.
Horrible. Long wait of over half hour for basic wash! They claim equipment loss but looks like slowdown to me. They should put up a sign before you get on line or not take anyone in without a warning. Never again.
Great job, nice people, reasonable price. I see there are some one star reviews from over a year ago. Maybe they're under new management? Regardless, I will definitely be going back.

Friendly staff and I always feel like I get a better cleaning than what I pay for. The car feels new again after the fill service wash.
