Very quick car wash with monthly plan. Car comes out decent- minor parts of back end missed. 2 guys to spray your car on the way in; no human driers (but automated drying fairly well effective). Automatic wash only- no detailing, etc.
I really wanted to like this car wash, and I had even bought the unlimited car wash pass. I had to cancel my pass after the last wash left two scratches roughly 3 feet long on the side of my truck. I filed a damage report with them, but they denied the claim and stated that the "Envirosft foam is physically incapable of scratching, chipping, or otherwise altering the vehicles finish".
Just went through there and attendant was so rude, I will never go back. He was impatiently waving me, rolling his eyes. When I touched my brakes to put in neutral he yelled at me. So I took it out of neutral he yelled at me again like I was a child. I've never been treated so rudely by a business. I go there 2 to 3 times a week in winter. Guess I'll be finding a new place. If you hate your job that much man that all you can treat customers in a hateful manner and rolling your eyes entire time perhaps you should find a job that makes you happier

I just sat in line for 20 minutes waiting for a guy to figure out how to use the machine to pay. The lady in the car behind him FINALLY got out of her car and went to the “office” to tell them. At this point people are lined up out to Ellsworth! Then, when I get up there the guy is rude waving me in. Because they were spraying my car, I couldn’t see him. At which time he BANGED on my window!! Are you frickin kidding me. He is damn lucky I was in a car wash or it would be the last window he banged on. POS! I’ve had the same issue with the lady before being rude when the sun was shining in my eyes and I couldn’t see her! After today’s unnecessary stress, I will not give them another dime. Horrible customer service!
I have seen other reports of damage here and should have listened to other reviews.
While they sound confident in the statement, I am not. I know that it was from their car wash and not my fault, nor was I scraped by another vehicle. The two scrapes run perfectly parallel to each other for 3 feet. I drive a 2017 Silverado truck, and if you look on the door panels there is a small trim piece. The scrape occurs along the piece of trim as well as a few inches above that trim. As the trim piece sticks out a quarter of an inch off the door, it is impossible for any one object to have made those two scrapes with out any damage in the middle of them.
