We have been seeing the Dr. and clinicians at E.A.A H. & G for several years now, and they are always professional. You never feel rushed they take the time that is needed be that 15 minutes or a hour to work with you. Since seeing the Dr. at E.A.A H. & G has improved 100% . Have also used the lab and find that they are also very professional and do the work in a timely fashion and get the results back to the Dr. in short order. Very pleased.
Update for the pediatrics office here: Doctor is Gwen is amazing but the nurses there, most of them are rude, have no patience with children also. I just can't believe it. We have to change offices due to this.
Oh my goodness. I have a psychiatric diagnosis and I delivered at Von Voigtlander. Well I had no idea that they would share my diagnosis with pediatrics, they referred me to this clinic, and guess what? These are the same doctors that work at von voigtlander. They do their residencies at both locations. Well my son is not a good eater, and is underweight. I feed him every chance I get. He is not off the charts in weight but he isn't in the 90th percentile either. Well you should of see the doctor's face when I asked if I was a bad mother because he was underweight. I was kidding, but you should have seen her eyeballs pop. Then she gave my son a book that had pictures of food it. I can read in between the lines. Why on earth do these people know I'm mentally ill? Are they my psychiatrist. I bet they share stories of our STDs too.
This review is for the rude people at the blood draw office here. Took our son here who had just turned 2 for some blood work which was quite a bit that he needed done. Anyway he was crying, not screaming nor was he kicking or throwing his arms around, just laying there crying and not loud, they were taking a while to get blood flow at all from his arm, took a couple tries on each arm until finally they resulted in drawing blood from his little fingers. He sat there crying still and I comforted him of course but then one of the nurses there turned to me and said she had never seen anyone this bad, he is so upset.. well duh lady of course he is upset and that he was bad, he is just a little boy and never had this much blood work before. Why would you tell a parent that their child did a bad job? he is T W O.. not 22 lady!!! like I said he wasn't kicking or screaming, moving around at all for that matter.. just tears streaming down his little cheeks because of the pain.. thats it! what else do you expect from a little one! these people are AWFUL I repeat AWEFUL with children. please do not ever take your child here for a blood draw, they do not know how to treat their patients especially the little ones. They had never been friendly with me either when I had to go in for blood work my self. I am just sickened by the experience we had to go through, then came to find out that they did not need to draw as much blood as they were doing with him. Just absolutely sickened by this experience and should not have happened this way. It was already bad enough that he needed this blood work done. They have no feelings these people who work there, nor do they care.
to blame others . Because we're fearful ,your mind can be a bad place to set up resentments about others . Focus on after your event (operation). Future not present conditions you'll heal much better .
