Everyone from the nurses and doctors to the receptionists and billing staff are very friendly and genuine people. I can't speak highly enough of Dr. Skinner and Dr. Campbell. Wonderful doctors who even put a nervous patient at ease in their office.
Its really really cold. Uncomfortably cold. Cold. Did I mention it was really cold. 20 degrees colder than it is outside. I tried to sit by the widow to steal some warmth from the big Sun... AC vents blowing down at every window. ARGH!
Blah its the most over rated place. Only working here for the benefits.
Worst place ever when trying to speak with your actual doctor just get some rude receptionist on the phone who tells you that you are not able to speak directly to your doctor and that they will return your call at a later date... Impossible to speak to someone with an actual medical degree who is capable of making decisions on your case hate calling there never get the help we need!
My fiance and I just recently had a son born there. From the prenatal visits to labor and delivery, everyone there was so amazing. We had a few complications with the delivery and everyone showed genuine concern and waited on us like we were family.
I took my wife to the E.R once just to wait an hour in the waiting room then to be placed in the hallway without a room for 4 hours to be sent home with tylonal...which makes my wife more sick.
