Very attentive staff. All the rooms I've stayed have been very clean and comfortable.
Nice hotel in a convenient location. Checked in later in the evening with friendly staff and a really big clean room.
Clean room, comfortable bed, and of course very friendly staff. The location was perfect for the meeting I had nearby. The breakfast was adequate and the hot water was available all day long for tea lovers like me. I enjoyed my stay there and highly recommend it.
Employees are kind
On a positive note, it’s very clean however a newer hotel. The breakfast is your standard waffles, oatmeal and white rice and mystery eggs with a salsa type substance resembling an omelette. The WiFi/ internet is horrendous, numerous calls to their tech support and unable to effectively use the connection with no option to upgrade. Staff was friendly and nice, parking is free and spacious. Free guest laundry is a nice bonus.
Had an issue with the door locking that I noticed in the morning and my room was promptly and courteously moved after a quick visit from maintenance was unsuccessful. The front desk even offered to assist in moving. I declined the help and missed the breakfast buffet as a result but the rest of my stay was without issue and very comfortable.
