The installation was very efficient and done in a short period of time. The company guaranteed they would clean up. They did not. I found nails all over my property. I stepped on them and my animals stepped on them. My gutters leak right onto my window screens. When I asked them to come out and look, the man who was to come out would not call me on my cell phone and just came when he wanted and told me my gutters were full of leaves, which they were not. He refused to come out when I was available. Now I find out that I have to pay them to come out and inspect my roof once every five years in order to keep the lifetime warranty. Never again and I would not recommend them to anyone.
The biggest con is how these people still selling roofs. 10 years ago our house had a roof put on by this company. Over the past 5 years we would get an odd leak. I never believed it was the roof. Because Mr roof put it on. What a sucker I was! Had them come out 1st they tell me well the labor warranty is gone but you still have material warranty. The guy charged me I felt confident this was over because he had told me the roof will last 10 more years easily. Supposed they fixed it. Not a week later next rain it was dumping water in my house! Called the company they send out another guy named Jerry Laughman about the only semi honest person in this company says the roof needs to be completely replaced. He leaves we try to get the so called material warranty well these thieves won't honor that. Rains again we have another loser come out and tells me my house is at it's end life with all this water getting in the house.. Really thank God I recorded everyone. They use contractors that don't care as long as they have a check. Go with a local company thats been in your neighborhood. We're finding and recording everything in this tear off Mr roof we think you put this on knowing the wood under was bad yours were too last to replace it. I'm sure one of your competitors in the area Will enjoy finding out. Will see.....
We contracted with Mr. Roof after being told there was a leak around our chimney that was causing mold in our attic that we could smell in our family room. After talking with a few roof repair companies, we were very impressed with the Mr. Roof knowledge and quality of products so decided to go with Mr. Roof. They were able to treat the attic to destroy the mold and the mold smell is gone. The installation crew removed our old shingles, repaired the decking and applied new shingles in one day with no mess left behind. They were very efficient and we couldn’t be happier.
There was some miscommunication as to when someone would be out to complete our roof. I contacted Mr.Roof and told them the situation. Later that day a manager called me and informed me they could have someone out a couple days later! I appreciated that they fixed the situation quickly and didn't give me a hassle! Would definitely recommend Mr.Roof!!
My roof is two years old and developed a leak during a storm. Mike Lewis came to the house and found a nail had backed out. He showed me pictures of what he found. Told me how he would fix the area. Then showed me the area after he fixed it. Mike was very kind and pleasant man taking the time to explain what had happened and what he did to complete the task. Also, showing me pictures.
