Checked many rateting reviews. Found one bad and about 50 that were 5 stars for neighborhood roof. Got the company from friend saline. Whole neighborhood had defective roofs. New sub roofs lasted 8 to ten years old. Neighbor hood roof redid many of them.
After the March 8th wind event we noticed roof tiles in our yard. Our insurance company sent out an adjusted and we were informed it was time for a new roof. Neighborhood Roofing, Tom in particular, was out in just a day or 2 after we called to evaluate our situation and we had a very fair quote in a very timely manner. Tom put me at ease very quickly as it was quite obvious that he knew what he was doing as he explained what materials should be used and his plan for installing the new roof. How pleasantly surprised I was to find out the job would take only one day! I was dreading the days of workers at the house, the noise, the trash etc.. Tom explained that they have perfected the process of installing a roof by bringing in a team to get the job done in one day. The next step was to pick out the tile. We visited the showroom and were assisted by Cabrina, a very pleasant and helpful person. Two weeks later, at 7am the team arrived. They draped the windows and walls of the house to prevent damage or dirt. At 9am I left for work and when I arrive home around 6pm the team was just leaving. I spoke with Alex who told me all went well and to call if I had questions or concerns. My roof is beautiful and my house, patios and yard looked cleaner than they did when I left. This was so painless that I would recommend anyone to use Neighborhood Roofing! This was a JOB WELL DONE!

I just want to say that if you are looking into a roof for your house, I swear by Neighborhood Roofing!! The customer service, product and every employee there are AMAZING! Tom Meadows came out and gave us a quote. He was the only roofing company that went into my attic and on the roof to do measurements. He also inspect what kind of roof we had (we had 3 layers of shingles and no plywood) and checked for leaks. When I went in to give them the down payment, Cabrina was so lovely and played with my 2 small children (ages 2 & 4) while I picked out the shingles I wanted with another employee. They guys that did my roof were incredible, removing 3 layers of shingles, installing plywood and all the layers before the shingles. They did it in 2 days. A friend gave me some bricks and while the roofers were there I hauled the bricks out of my vehicle in a wheelbarrow and one of the wheels broke off. 3 men came immediately to me and helped me pick up the bricks and let me borrow their wheelbarrow to complete my task. This company, no matter who you encounter or work with, goes above and beyond. I highly recommend Neighborhood Roofing.
I can't say enough good about the 2 man crew with young laborer crew . 2 main men 30 years working together. Ask for them if you go with this company. Not just roofers. Perfectionist thay did the house detached garage and a 12x20 shed 28 square . Owner Andy very good to deal with. His price was 16.000 less of a company that advertises on T. V. And 4600 less than my neighbor got hers done for last year.
Perhaps it is because my jobs are leaks, not a roof replacement, but I have used them several times to fix leaks in our commercial roof, and every time I call, it takes them at least several weeks to up to a month just to come and look at the job. I call back asking where they are, and I just hear about how "swamped" they are. Ok, maybe then you should either hire more people, or just say up front that you can't do my small job, and refer me elsewhere. Anyway this last time was the last straw, I am going elsewhere with our business. And if it turns out I need a new roof, that will be their loss. I am sure this company does good work, but they need to review their service procedures to avoid losing more customers. Perhaps they don't need/want new customers because they are so "swamped" all the time.
