Very disappointed in this doctor. My daughter suffered several multiple spinal fractures in a snowboarding accident. She received excellent care during her hospital stay at Mott. However, the follow up appointments with Dr. Farley were an incredible disappointment and a waste of time. The doctor has poor bedside manner, is very abrupt and we waited on her twice as long as the appointment even lasted. She asked a few questions, had my daughter bend down.felt her back, then basically left us with her assistant and asked us to schedule another follow up. Second appointment was equally as disappointing. The doctor cares very little for her patients and the wait time once in the room, is unacceptable. On our first visit, we waiting over 30 minutes for 6 minutes of her time and on the second visit, our wait time was even longer for maybe 5 minutes with the doctor. After 9 months, my daughter is still suffers constant back pain and unfortunately in order to continue to receive PT, we have to go back to Dr. Farley for yet another waste of time visit. I would not recommend this doctor or her practice to anyone, ever.
