I have been with this bank for about 5 years now and they wont do anything for there customers as far as rates. I am about 8 points away from a rate break of almost half and they did nothing to try to keep my business. I have paid a loan off thru them and also have another loan thru them and they wont even consider working with me. I will be switching all my loans to another credit union. Very sad that no effort was put into this. Be ware of this credit union.
