Thank you Josh!!! Went in for a sound bar, got schooled on TV's, walked out thrilled!!!! The patience and knowledge is very well appreciated.

The store is loaded with helpful staff and products. After visiting and shopping there plenty of times, it is my contention, they need more variety of items instead of bulk amounts of only the popular or similar ones. Looking at items for home entertainment online without first seeing them can be difficult and eventually a disaster once arriving at the home. Besides the previously mentioned downside at the store; it's on top of everything else.

I needed some guitar strings for a project and remembered this location having a pretty sizable instrument section about a year ago. The instrument section has either been moved or removed entirely but I honestly couldn't tell you because I couldn't get the attention of a single employee to ask. I literally had to follow an employee who was assisting another guest to try and get help and when he was finished he just walked away and started talking to a fellow employee who had just clocked out. After politely waiting for this employee to again finish his chat he once again just walked away without saying a word. To recap, this location may or may not have guitar strings, but it definitely has terrible customer service standards for its employees. I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere!

Good customer relation, and good location. The price matching policy is very good and people are friendly.

If you want to deal with a company that truly doesn't care about customer service, Best Buy is the one for you. I purchased a Lenovo tablet and it was shipped to me from another store without proper packing (large box, no bubble wrap). There were none in stock, so I returned this and later purchased a more expensive HP tablet instead. This one worked fine for a couple of days and then the speakers began to make crackling noises. I returned this one and the person at the return counter confirmed the speaker problem--again, not my problem. Feeling less than enthusiastic about the Best Buy experience, I decided to buy a Microsoft tablet direct from Microsoft. After purchasing my computer, I returned to Best Buy to buy the Arc mouse ($80), an adapter cable ($30), and a humidifier ($25). The humidifier quit working, so I returned it and was surprised to be notified that I couldn't return anything for 90 days. After all of these problems, the Best Buy answer is to treat me like a criminal. I called in to tell a manager this and the call was disconnected. If possible, I will never shop there again.
