I'm glad to see this store is under new management! Great staff, friendly service, sprint is getting better!
Employees in this store are one of two things. Rude or clueless. You have the rude people who obviously think they're too good for this job or any of the customers... And you have the clueless people who cant get most facts straight. One common denominator is that none of these employees care about Sprint or its customers. Theres one guy working here, tall black guy, who is openly aggressive towards customers. Fire him. He is killing your business.
Avoid this store at all costs! The guy in charge wouldn't get off the phone with his buddy so he was half talking to me half talking to his friend. The woman working their had absolutely no knowledge of any of the devices (she didn't even seem fazed when I asked about processors) "Oh I got no idea about any of that stuff, your gonna have to talk to that guy over there" like she had never heard of the word before. She had the worst attitude of any customer service I have ever experienced. So I spoke with the "guy over there" (who happened to be in charge). I use the term spoke lightly as this guy was more concerned with chatting with his friend so he shewed me away to the pamphlets. I'm having a hard time articulating exactly how awful and disrespectful these people were. To sum it up I have been a costumer of sprint for 2 years went in to buy a phone and left questioning whether or not to switch services. If any executives read this CLEAN HOUSE and hire a new team as I'm sure I am not the only person who entered the store with every intent to sign another 2 year contract. On a side note i will be filing a more articulated report with corporate once I have collected my thoughts.
The service at this location was horrendous, the staff were very rude and unprofessional. I witnessed the woman working there hang up on an elderly man and then she proceeded to talk negatively about the man in front of other customers. The experience I had at this location was absolutely horrible.
I've never had good customer service at this location. It's the most convenient location so I kept going back but I will make the extra trip or take care of my business online to avoid it from now on. The associate I interacted with was texting and didn't notice me until I had been standing at the counter for about a minute. She also could not help me with an upgrade and adding a line which I would assume are somewhat basic tasks. I was told to contact customer care. My experience was so frustrating and a waste of time!
