Such a horrible experience!! I actually once had a good experience with them. So this time, I got a printed policy from my previous agent and I just stopped by to pay it. However, the guy I met there give me a even higher price!! How ridiculous! Is this how you sell your service??Keep rising price?? And he keeps pushing me to accept the current policy.....in a way that seems nice on the surface but actually super rude!! If you got assigned to a young white agent, skip him! Look for some old nice agent who have won some award before!
