Horrible Agency. This company forces people to sign up with a mandatory road side assistance, just to make more money. The customer service is horrible. RUDE and Unprofessional. I would never recommend anyone.

I had to make a lot of calls to fix this, which meant a lot of time out of my life. After Hannigan and Nationwide placing the blame on each other it was fixed. My advice, keep an eye on your billing statements.
I was referred to Hannigan by a co-worker, and what a great referral it was. Hannigan is great. I go through Gene, and he is the sweetest! He really is empathetic, understanding, and genuine. You can tell Gene cares about his clients, and really puts them first. Hannigan is the lowest quote I have found, and I can't recommend them highly enough.
Rob went over and beyond to get me a great quote, company is the real deal, the more you bundle the better the deal. Highly recommend you call and get a 10min quote it can save you big bucks. Cut my insurance by 30% $$$
Bait and Switch!! They gave me a great deal and turns out it was not a deal at all. After agreeing, signing and paying for an auto policy at a certain rate, I find out that they made a mistake and my policy will now cost a lot more! This was rectified but.....
