Mike Giszczak sets the tone for the rest of the staff he has hired throughout the years for responsive, informative, and courteous service. Several times I've found the immense value of having an independent agency like Arbor when they "reshopped" my policy between companies to make sure I had the best rate while staying with their customer service and they have fought for me several times when tough questions came up with the companies they represent.
