Easy in and out. Inexpensive. Great location for downtown Ann Arbor
Never had any problems, seems clean and safe evertime I've been there.
Plenty of parking, but I did not like the lower ceiling in the upper levels. We have a SUV. I prefer one-way in & one-way out.
Many of the restricted parking signs limit parking from 6 am to 10 am. So if you're parking later in the day, those spots are open.
Go back to charging for half hour at a time, or make the first 25 minutes of parking free, it's obnoxious that you charge so much for 10 minutes of parking...
