Very often full, so don't count on it. Otherwise, it's just as fine as any other parking structure.
Beautiful structure! But you have to being your ticket down with you, which is unusual in Ann Arbor, because you pay at a machine at the bottom. If you don't know beforehand and leave the ticket in your car then you have to walk up to get it, down to pay it, and then back up again to leave. Such a hassle!

Large structure with a great location next to the arts festival. Event parking was only $7 which was very reasonable.
I parked my car here for 2 hours and it was still there when I returned. That's A+ parking right there. Not very expensive, however the construction around the structure made navigation more interesting.
