I ordered a steak burrito bowl and they gave me half of the amount that the normal would, I had to ask for extra lettuce twice because of the paltry amount that I was given.
I go to this location because it's convenient to my office. I have to say, it's the most disappointing Chipotle of all time. The first time I went, I walked away with a half full bowl with very little meat or toppings. I thought it was a fluke thing (seemed like they were training new people) but I went back again and got the same thing. A half full bowl. No other Chipotle in my area does this. The location by my home is kind of crazy. They often have a hard time closing the burritos and the bowls are bulging. Today when I went I had to ask for more of everything. More rice, more beans, more salsa and I had to ask for fresher lettuce (rusty brown lettuce). Let's face it - NO ONE should eat less than fresh food at Chipotle. I actually got a good bowl for the first time. It pays to speak up at this location because they are very stingy on ingredients.
I used to work in the mall and ate here at least once a week. Good, quick service and quality has always been good. Definitely a good place for lunch with an okay price.
I love Chipotle, however I feel like their fall from grace over these past few years was hard and fast.
Even with that, I still end leaving with my bowl only half filled. It has been happening every time. It used to a favourite quick bite, but now I just go next door to FRESHII.

I think the real kicker for me is that they gave me raw steak for my bowl. Literally browned on each side and then throw in my bowl. It was not pleasant since I only realized it after I had put it in my mouth. As I write this my stomach hurts and I can only hope that Chipotle's food borne disease are over or I might find my story being found on the 5 o'clock news for them under cooking meat.
Needless to say, I will not be returning, not now and not ever.
I used to eat here often because it was close to my workplace. But they recently hired new employees who are not very friendly. They barely put any meat and you have to constantly ask for extra salsa, sour cream, etc.
