Also, back in 2015 I brought my dog in for just a vaccination update. We didn't see the doctor, and a vet tech simply administered the shot and we were off within minutes. They didn't charge me for the visit (just the vaccination) which I felt was an appropriate, thoughtful way to deal with the situation. Today, I was charged $18.50 for "technician services" when my dog was out of the room for literally 1 minute for his vaccination. While it's really not a big deal, perhaps some consistency in how you bill, and for what services, would be appreciated by all.

But I might also offer a few suggestions.

Everything I had written is still true, but compounded with even more love. Pup is 4 years old now and still loves going to the vet. Every trip is so great and we feel so cared for. The docs know us well and we feel more like family every time we go. Growing up with these docs has allowed us to maintain consistency in the babies' profiles and continue to deepen our trust with them. So much so, that when we moved from Ann Arbor to metro-Detroit we continue to make the trek back for our appointments. Worth the 40 minute drive. Every. Time. We love WVH!

Thanks! We will see you again soon!

The woman at the check-out counter today was visibly struggling to figure out something on her computer for another client while I waited. When it was my turn, she had a very difficult time figuring out my receipts, forms, etc. On top of it all, she wrote the wrong next-appointment date on my reminder card. Luckily I had already put it in my calendar, but this could be confusing for some. Perhaps she needs a bit more training.

Dr. Barbara Butman and the Washtenaw Vet team have been absolutely amazing! Dr. Butman is an incredible recourse and my pup loves going to see the them. My pup is cared for as if it was he was their very own. Could not recommend them enough!

Good service, the docs are gentle and kind to animals. Quick and easy to get an appointment.

Love coming here. The staff is thorough and explains everything. Puppy loves seeing the doc!

They are nice here but very very expensive. I never leave here paying less than $200. They refer you out to MSU or other specialists. We found another vet that does the work himself and is much less expensive. I felt like I was paying for their fancy Ann arbor location and beautiful office!

The doctors at this clinic are caring and knowledgeable. Both vets I've worked with have been friendly, informative, and sensitive with my dog. Come to this clinic for expert service and care!

Regardless, this staff has been like a family through and through. Whenever we've had puppy concerns the staff has been so helpful in making sure the pup is going to be better. Both vets are very open with their own pet-lives and have shared insight from those experiences such as putting down their aging friends and also the joys of adopting a new dog. They really take time to connect with you and your pet; yesterday she was on the floor with him examining his heart rate. I see true love from them. I've never had a contradiction with their advice and trust them completely. They still call after our appts to make sure he is doing fine from whatever procedure was performed. He still loves going to the vet which is so funny! When we walk by he tries to pull me to the building to go inside, even during after-hours when no one is there. Go here and you'll find a family that will care for your baby like you deserve.

Pup just went in for his big boy exam yesterday to get his updated rabies and annual physical exam. I really don't understand how people have had bad experiences here however after reading some of their comments I can understand why they don't understand based on their attitudes and dogmatic arguments...
