Alamo is a great company. But this location is worse than terrible.
Prices are affordable... yet sometimes even when reserved, they don't have your car reserved and faced couple of times with no car and eventually ending up with an upgraded or downgraded car !! Good with after hours dropoff
Terrible service and experience. Rented a car for a roadtrip and after loading all the stuff turned the car on to all the service lights on. Stalled out on the highway and was told I had to drive the car back even though the transmission wasn't working. I was told by an employee that it "wasn't his problem" when a light came on on the second car I transferred to. Was also misquoted on a price by about $500 more. When I asked for a representatives phone number the same employee refused to give it to me.
The staff wasn't ready for a reserved car. And they left work earlier than the close time. They made me coming to the place twice without getting the car.
I've been renting from them for about 2 months now once a week to Kalamazoo. Great service and quick to get on the road! Cheapest car rental around as well.
I only spent 5 minute in line. it took 5 minutes for me to book in there. I was so worried about the time of return, As i had some bad experience with other companies. but they were so cool and easy going. Also they had after hour return which helped me alot.
Despite all negative reviews I read, I give them a 5.
I would definitely go there again
