Giving 2 stars not 1 because they bumped my vehicle from a full sized sedan to a small SUV prior to my issues with them. There is no parking at this location. I was in the area for work and typically use enterprise because they've all been good to me except for this one. I'm already from out of town, so I needed to leave my car there. I get my keys for the rental and right before I'm on my way the employee told me I had to move my car and that they did not offer parking. He said to go use a parking garage downtown, to leave my car at for 4 days. So I pulled into a parking space, locked my car and was on my way. Walking out, realized all the signs said "No overnight parking", so I left. I was charged $5 to leave the garage. Went to the next lot. $20 per day, 3 day maximum. Not doing that. Next lot, same thing. Called 2 different lots after that, same result, either no overnight parking, or overpriced parking for 3 days. They both told me that no garage in downtown would accommodate a car for more than 3 days. Awesome. I drove back to Enterprise and tried to demand that I be allowed to leave my car there, because I can't find parking. They went on to tell me how "Unlucky" I was, and that they have a "Unique location". Not very helpful. The manager came in and told me if I needed to I could leave my car at an unsupervised lot 5 miles away where they shared overflow parking with another Enterprise company. Out of options, gas, $5 and patience at this point, I agreed. I was finally on my way, 2 hours behind schedule. Also they had 1 staff member servicing an overflow of employees, and nowhere on their site, or in my rental confirmation noted the lack of parking. I had no ability to plan ahead. Thanks for reading.
Overall, 5 stars for my experience in the office; 5 stars for the ride; and a heavy 1 star on my experience with their slogan: "We'll pick you up [...just not on time]!"

The owner and staff are just wonderful people. They picked us up and dropped us off at our residence and the cars were cleaned and washed inside and out before we got into them. Good place to rent a car.
When we got to the office, things got much better. The agents behind the counter were quick and friendly and I got my rental in a timely manner. The ride itself was great too.
I scheduled Enterprise to pick me up but they totally forgot. When I called 15 minutes after my scheduled pickup, the guy on the other end told me someone was on their way and should arrive soon. Fast-forward another half hour and the ride finally came, after calling them another two times. Basically, the guy I first talked to lied to me about someone being on the way because when I called later another person said that the first guy took off to pick me up. Second, it only takes around 10 minutes (with usual traffic) to get to my place. It took him 30. So..Did he not leave immediately? And when he did pick us up..total silence. No apology or explanation - only one small "hi" the entire trip.
